Reading, PA. - It's hard to believe, but the 14th annual FirstEnergy Berks Jazz Fest is less than six months away. The Berks Art Council and the jazz fest committee are busy putting together an exciting lineup for the 10-day event scheduled for March 12-21, 2004
The lineup will be announced Sunday, November 7, with tickets going on sale Saturday, December 6, at 10:00am. There may be some early announcements, so stay connected to what's happening by checking www.berksjazzfest.com.
In the meantime, there are plenty of other exciting things happening in the jazz community of Berks County and the surrounding region, including a great holiday concert and the opening of a new jazz restaurant/club.

The annual Berks Jazz Fest Holiday Concert - "A Peter White Christmas with special guest Mindi Abair" - will be here before know it. The show featuring superstar smooth jazz accoustic guitarist Peter White and his band with sensational saxophonist Mindi Abair promises to turn the Scottish Rite Cathedral stage in West Reading, Pa., onto a spectacular holiday tour de force on Thursday, December 11, at 7:30pm.
